1. Information We Collect

  • Information you submit via enquiry, registration, booking or lead-generation forms (including forms completed on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or Google).
  • Payment/billing information (processed by our third-party payment provider).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser/device type, pages visited, and advertising identifiers (e.g. Meta’s _fbp/_fbc, Google’s Click ID, LinkedIn’s li_fat_id) collected via cookies, pixels and tags.
  • Marketing preferences and consent records.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal data to respond to enquiries; process registrations and bookings; deliver our coaching, advisory and training services; manage customer relationships; send service and marketing communications (with consent where required); and measure and improve our website and advertising.

3. Advertising on LinkedIn, Meta & Google

We run advertising campaigns using:

• • LinkedIn — the LinkedIn Insight Tag and Lead Gen Forms, to measure ad performance and build audiences. Manage your preferences in your LinkedIn account settings.
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, to measure conversions and build Custom/Lookalike Audiences. Manage your preferences via Facebook/Instagram Ad Preferences.
  • Google Ads — Google tags, Analytics and remarketing, to measure performance and show relevant ads across Search, Display and YouTube. Manage your preferences via Google Ads Settings / My Ad Center.

Where required by law, we obtain your consent before these advertising cookies/tags are activated. LinkedIn Corporation, Meta Platforms, Inc. and Google LLC each process the data they collect under their own privacy policies as independent data controllers, in addition to processing it on our behalf.

4. Cookies

Our website uses essential, analytics and advertising cookies. You can accept, reject or manage cookies via our cookie banner or your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.

5. Sharing Your Information

We share personal data only with: service providers (hosting, IT, analytics, payments, event management); LinkedIn, Meta and Google for the advertising purposes above; professional advisers where necessary; and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Overseas Data Transfers

Some of our providers, including LinkedIn, Meta and Google, process data outside Malaysia. We only transfer data overseas where the recipient country’s law is substantially similar to Malaysia’s PDPA, or offers an equivalent level of protection, with appropriate safeguards in place.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected, to meet legal obligations, or to resolve disputes, after which it is securely deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Your Rights

Subject to the PDPA, you may: access your personal data; request correction of inaccurate data; withdraw consent (including for marketing/advertising cookies) at any time; object to direct marketing free of charge; and request data portability to another data controller, where technically feasible. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details above. You may also lodge a complaint with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Commissioner (JPDP).

9. Data Security & Breach Notification

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. In the event of a data breach that is likely to cause you significant harm, we will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Commissioner in accordance with the PDPA.

10. Children

Our services and advertising are intended for business and professional audiences, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
